’m a global sales engineering leader with a passion for helping customers and teams succeed at the intersection of business, technology, and AI innovation. Over my career, I’ve worked across three countries and multiple industries — from healthcare and telecommunications to oil and the U.S. federal sector — selling and delivering enterprise and AI software that drives measurable outcomes. As a Product Manager, I launched Watson Assistant, the first enterprise AI chatbot, along with AIOps and over ten cloud-based AI SaaS solutions, seeing the potential of AI nearly a decade before it became mainstream. Earlier, as a Solution Architect, I helped BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee launch its first digital healthcare claims website, and I’ve since led numerous AI initiatives that improved data-driven decision-making in the oil and telecom sectors from pre-sales through delivery. My customers value me for my ability to listen deeply, understand their challenges, and deliver the right solutions, while my teams respect my calm leadership under pressure and my hands-on technical depth.
